Ownership is
changed to Estelle’s two daughters, Kathleen & Alexandria. |

Michael Aznavorian joined
the company as President. The company moved to a new, expanded facility in
Plymouth, MI and purchased a 75-ton Minster press line. |
| 1992 |
AutoCAD workstations are
purchased and implemented. |
| 1993 |
A 150-ton Minster press
line is purchased |
| 1996 |
CATIA workstations are
purchased and implemented. |
| 1997 |
The current facility is
expanded and a new 300-ton Minster press line and OMCG CNC W6 wireforming
machine are installed. We received ISO 9001: 1994 / QS-9000: 1995
Certification. |

QS-9000 certificate is
upgraded to QS-9000: 1998 Certification. |
| 2000 |
Acquired assets of
Excelwel Manufacturing in
Indiana. An OMCG
CNC W10 wireforming machine is purchased for manufacture of larger
wireformed parts. |
