Quality Assurance
 Clips & Clamps Industries has an extensive Quality Assurance Department that ensures zero defects. Prior to sample approval SPC charts, inspection reports and instructions are developed. Variation studies are conducted which includes 100% layout of five different runs. This data is used for reduction of inspection and long-term capability.

Several Material Analysis Machines are utilized to test raw material thickness, hardness and width, microstructure, chemistry, tensile strength, hardness and heat-treat quality.

Corrosion Testing Cabinet

Corrosion Testing Cabinet which is a salt spray / fog unit that tests the plating process.
 Hydrogen Embrittlement Testing places a stress load on a part for an established time period to check for material failures.
